As expected, Red Bull heir Vorayudh “Boss” Yoovidhya didn鈥檛 show up to face prosecutors again today for his suspected role in the hit-and-run incident that killed a policeman on a motorcycle in Thong Lor five years ago.

Today, Vorayudh鈥檚 lawyer appeared at the Southern Bangkok Criminal Court prosecutor鈥檚 office to say that his client is attending an event in England.
The Attorney-General’s office said they “might consider” issuing an arrest warrant for him if he doesn’t show up in April to finally hear the charges.
Prayuth stepped in to say that the office still plans to pursue the case and it all should become clearer next month. 听
This despite reports that Vorayudh continues to live a jet-setting life in both Thailand and abroad since his supposed role in the death of Sgt. Maj. Wichian Klanprasert. There are allegations of social media posts about him by friends and family receiving thousands of likes, stories about him staying in THB30,000 per night resorts and photos of him posing with sports cars in London featuring customized license plates that bear his name.

His page, which was quite active until the year of the accident, has had no new public updates except to change the profile and cover photos to black on October 13, 2016, the same day the late king died.
