Yes, we do express our love (and occasional disdain) for Singapore by constantly complaining about everything, which is pretty much our national pastime 鈥 after eating, that is. It’s just not that cool to聽overtly proclaim our undying love for the nation… right? Except perhaps聽on National Day itself. Maybe.
Anyway, funnywoman/online personality聽Preetipls recently put up a聽tongue-in-cheek video for Singapore鈥檚 52nd birthday, presenting聽26 things she loves (and dislikes) about Singapore. Basically, all the topics close to Singaporeans’ hearts聽are on that list. Yep, everything from Giordano’s Photoshop fiasco to local talents on Sing! China to the聽siao lang聽town that is Yishun.听
Even LiHO made it in there, for “reminding us all that we prefer Gong Cha”.
