, the popular restaurant that originated in London in 2011, is making its way to our shores this year, with its first outlet at Jewel Changi Airport. Known for its prime burgers, Atlantic lobsters, and lobster rolls, the eatery will find its聽home at Canopy Park on the top floor of Jewel, with views of the 40m-tall Rain Vortex, the world’s tallest indoor waterfall.
Expect the space to feature a contemporary design, blending the greenery of nature with the energy of the city, with elements of marble, red hues, and fresh lobster tanks. Apart from the original menu, the Singapore outlet will also have seasonal new dishes made with locally sourced ingredients and influenced by local flavors.
This marks the dining concept’s second store in Asia聽鈥 the first opened in Malaysia’s Resorts World Genting in 2017聽鈥 and it’ll make its debut alongside the likes of Shake Shack and the Pok茅mon Center Singapore聽after Jewel opens in the first half of 2019.
