GMA News’ Balitambayan who was reportedly found acting suspiciously by security officials of Barangay (village) Sacred Heart in Quezon City.
Said village chairman Camille Malig David in Filipino: “We saw him and thought there was something wrong. He was peeking inside cars that’s why we spoke with our Barangay Public Safety Officer.”
The suspect ran away when the officers tried to approach him. When he was caught, the marijuana was found in his possession.
