This hotel has been lighting up its rooms to create different messages through its windows – often hopeful, heartfelt, encouraging, and witty – for Malaysians.
The tourism industry may have been disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, but that didn鈥檛 seem to stop Hotel Tenera in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, from lighting up the night skies and our hearts. The hotel does this by lighting up various rooms.聽
Messages vary from cheeky ones like 鈥淜ata nak diet? (You said you wanted to go on a diet?) to heartfelt ones like 鈥淭Q KKM,鈥 which is a tribute to the Ministry of Health, or KKM.聽
The hotel has been posting images of its light displays on its Instagram account. The first one went up on March 25. The hotel has lit up a total of 64 messages ever since.
